  = sept émirats : Abou Dhabi, Ajman, Sharjah, Dubaï, Fujaïrah, Ras el Khaïmah et Oumm al Qaïwaïn.

Depuis le 23/06/2019, la France était dans les pays à risque faible par rapport à la rage, et donc dispensé de titrage antirabique.  Mais depuis le 05/03/2020, la France a disparu de la liste des pays à risque faible par rapport à la rage sur le site des Emirats Arabes Unis. Certainement une conséquence du cas de rage détecté sur l'ile de Ré mi février 2020 sur un chiot venant d'Espagne.

Chien et chat

L'importation d'animaux domestiques (chiens, chats) en provenance de l'Union Européenne est soumise aux conditions suivantes :
Pets from the European Union :

• Identification électronique
  Electronic chip
• Age minimum 15 semaines
  At least 15 weeks old
• Vaccination antirabique depuis plus de 21 jours, à partir de l'âge de 3 mois
  Rabies vaccination for more than 21 days, from the age of 3 months
• Vaccination chien CHLP, chat Typhus Coryza
  Vaccination dog Canine Distemper Parvovirus Hepatitis Leptospirosis, cat Feline Panleucopenia Rhinotracheitis Calicivirus
  
  
• Titrage antirabique, avant l'arrivée depuis un pays à haut risque par rapport à la rage pour les Emirats Arabes Unis, notamment la France
  a. En cas de primo vaccination ou de rupture vaccinale : une période minimale de 21 jours doit être respectée depuis la date de la vaccination antirabique (l'Union Européenne exige 30 jours après la vaccination)
  b. En cas de rappel vaccinal valide et à jour : pas de période minimale le test peut être fait directement
  Rabies titration, before arrival from a country at high risk for rabies for the United Arab Emirates, especially France
  a. In case that the pet is vaccinated for the first time or discontinuity of the vaccination : a period not less than 21 days must pass from vaccination against Rabies (the European Union requires 30 days after vaccination)
  b. In case that the animal has a valid booster vaccination : It does not require an interval of 21 days after vaccination, and the test can be done directly.
  
  
• Traitement antipasitaire interne et externe dans les 14 jours qui précèdent le départ, attesté par le vétérinaire dans le passeport ou sur le certificat
  Preventive doses for internal and external parasites during the 14 days prior to shipment, and this is stated in the health certificate or the passport of the animal
  
  
• Examen clinique à réaliser dans les 5 jours avant départ
• Certificat sanitaire émis par un vétérinaire officiel
  Health certificate issued by an official veterinarian
  
  
• Cats and dogs residing in UAE : they must comply with the following health and technical requirements : 
  a. Identified by microchip 
  b. accompanied with authorized veterinary certificate issued by the competent authorities in the exporting country
  c. vaccinated against rabies prior exiting UAE, and this vaccination is valid on returning and in case that the vaccine is not valid before the returning , the animal will be dealt with the conditions of first import of dogs and cats
  d. They will be accompanied with a copy of the veterinary health certificate issued by the MOCCAE while exiting
  
  
• Races interdites (Prohibited breeds) : Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully , Brazilian Mastiff (Fila Brasiliero), Argentinian Mastiff (Dogo Argentino), Tibetan Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, French Mastiff (Dogue de Bordeaux), Boerboel, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff), Bully Kutta (Alangu Mastiff, Indian Mastiff), Perro De Presa Canario (Canary Mastiff), Japaneese tosa, Presa Canari5
  
  
• Import permis payant valable 30 jours (cf liens ci-dessous)
  Import paying license valid for 30 days (links below)
